Course Entry Requirements

Applicants for the OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management should meet the following entry criteria to ensure they have the foundational knowledge and practical background required for this advanced qualification:

Learners should normally be at least 19 years old at the time of enrolment.
A Level 5 qualification or equivalent in related field is required or recommended.
Work experience in health and safety, construction, engineering, manufacturing, or related industries is beneficial but not always mandatory.

The OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety consists of 7 mandatory units for a combined total of 60 credits, 600 hours Total Qualification Time (TQT), and 220 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) for the completed qualification.
