This includes the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) General Conditions of Recognition, which requires assessments to be valid, reliable, and consistent across all learners. The Ofqual Code of Practice provides detailed guidance on sampling methodologies, risk-based monitoring, and standardisation activities.

The Equality Act 2010 is covered for reasonable adjustments and preventing discrimination in assessment.
