Course Entry Requirements

The ProQual Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership is designed for professionals who are actively involved in management roles or preparing to progress into leadership positions. The entry requirements are flexible and focus on practical experience rather than academic background.

  • Learners should be aged 18 years or above at the time of enrolment.
  • Candidates must be working in a managerial or supervisory role with leadership responsibilities.
  • A relevant Level 4 qualification or equivalent management experience is recommended.
  • Learners must have sufficient literacy and numeracy skills to complete written assessments.

Candidates must achieve a minimum of 53 credits:

  • A maximum of 8 credits can come from Optional Group C
  • 22 credits from Mandatory Group A, plus
