Entry Requirements
Applicants should normally meet one of the following criteria:
- Honours Degree (2:2 or above) or overseas equivalent.
- CIPD Level 3/5 qualification or relevant professional experience.
- HND/HNC in a related subject + 2 years’ organisational experience.
- CIPD Certificate (Personnel, Training, Recruitment) + 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Applicants without formal qualifications may be considered with 8+ years’ organisational experience (including 3 years in HR or 5 years in management/supervisory roles).
- Reference from a tutor or employer is required.
- Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) may apply.
- Holders of PgD Human Resource Management may enter with advanced standing.
- International applicants must meet equivalent qualifications and IELTS 6.5 (minimum 6.0 in each skill).
